An excellent vintage both in terms of quantity and quality, that of our 198 harvest. We produced about 28 quintals of grapes per hectare with a yield of 70%.In the vineyard for the first time we decided not to chop pruning cuttings, which attracted to the ground by the growing of weeds, have allowed to mitigate the crushing to the ground determined by the tractor passages, limited by a single shredding before harvest.In the cellar, given the good quantity of wine, we decided to experiment the use of tonneau; an excellent decision that paved the way for the opportunities given by the use of containers of different materials depending on the stage of maturation of our wines. Available in the cellar the following wines:
