The 196 harvest of our family was an excellent year, with an exceptionally favorable climate. We harvested perfect grapes with great satisfaction and the fermentations well under way seemed to prelude to an amazing vintage.At the end of September, an extraordinarily long cold wave caused a sudden drop in temperature, causing the fermentation to stop. We produced about 30 q.li per hectare with a yield of 70%. The bottle that best represents this vintage is our red wine #2PAZZI.
